Welcome
Welcome to the Health Services site. It is our goal and mission to serve School Nurses, school districts, Administrators and staff, students, and parents in the ESU 10 governing area. Providing a safe and healthy environment for students is our mission. This might include adaptation of the school environment for children with acute or chronic illness. If you need further assistance, please contact our Administrator, Dr. Wayne Bell.
School Nurses
School Nursing is a nursing specialty, just like pediatric nursing or surgical nursing. School Nurses practice under professional "Standards of School Nursing Practice" that have been developed by the National Association of School Nurses (NASN). School Nurses are accountable to practice in accordance with federal and state rules and regulations. School Nurses advocate for children's health and safety within the educational setting.
